Searching for an elusive herb

I'm looking for a herb called Zeldt (to make some life pots). It's supposedly found in Inggison, but I've had no luck on my suicidal aggro runs looking through areas.

Maybe this herb doesn't even exist in game yet.

Here's where I've searched so far with the hat that displays everything under 499. It found a fish and ore, so the hat seems to work.

I have to wonder if it's in our server yet.. but i thought I saw it o.O 420 gatherable.. but i could be just crazy to seeing how i should go pass out in bed lol.

Found a map where the gathereables of Inggison should be.. But tbh, I think it's not completely implemented on our server (yet)... here's the link to the map:
